When Christmas is coming, the parents start to wander what kind of present to choose for their children. They want the gift to help in their kid’s development, they do not want not simple ones. But many psychologists say that the simple and traditional toys are much better present than the new modern ones.

A psychologist from the Tample University in USA says: “The traditional toys, which many parents consider as old fashioned are not expensive, they are more helpful for the kids’ development than the modern electronic games.  Many people think that such kind of games can help the children to advance intellectually.

To develop, the kids have to solve different creative tasks, while playing. The ideal toy is the one which in 90% engage the kid initiative. Many toys sing, play or dance. But you have to avoid this. Let the child to choose what to do with the toy.
Other psychologist says: “The toy has to depend on the kid and has to submit to him too. Also the toy has to develop the kids’ imagination and his personality. This means that the toy should give him many possibilities to play and if the game has only one right answer, the child could not develop his personality.

This is why the best games for children are the construction games yet. There aren’t boundaries for the kids’ imagination and he can decide what to do - he can build buildings, different figures or other things. Many psychologists advice the parents to read very carefully the instructions on the toys and games, especially around Christmas.

For this Christmas choose toys that will help your child. It will be really nice of your child shares his toys with other kids. He has to enjoy while playing with t but has to develop too.
