You will need
•    uncooked wild rice,
•    water,
•    dark or golden raisins,
•    chopped scallions,
•    canola oil,

Method of preparation

•    cognac,
•    heavy cream,
•    chopped semisweet chocolate,
•    baking chocolate,

Method of preparation
Firstly you need to line the baking sheets with waxed paper. Meantime heat the cognac adding cream. Put all the chocolate and confectioners’ sugar in a food processor and whirl until it is chopped.
