•    Pencil, Paper clip, glue, a pair of scissors
•    Green card stock
•    Hole punch

Method:
•    Lay a colorful lace flat on the palm of your hand.
•    Hit the eraser end of a pencil into its center and gather up the lace into a ruffle.
•    Go on with the 2nd lace.
•    Position one ruffled lace on top of the other to form the flower.
•    Wrap the laces with one end of the pipe cleaner. If you wish a stronger bond, wrap tightly one or two times, adding glue to the doilies and go on to wrapping over the glue. Let the glue dry.
•    Cut a heart-shaped leaf from green card stock. With a Hole punch make a hole next to the bottom. Put down your message on the leaf. Slide the pipe cleaner stem through the hole adding a dot of glue where the leaf rests against the stem.
